"I booked Jet Cargo Movers and Packers services from Delhi to Mumbai but as they quoted the bill was totally different they added other changes, service tax, service charge, gst extra. More then any other Aggarwal Packers and Movers, After loading they demanded all money & told me that if you not pay entire amount so your good will be deport to go down & @ ₹500/day there will be extra charges you have to pay. After payment no response from there side, nobody responding, no tracking. Only fare every time. Never go to save money, payment extra but choose best packers n movers."

"Horrible Experience. On 2nd October 2026 they picked up my house hold professionally, but after picking up they demanded for extra amount which was so higher then they quoted. They forced to pay entire amount, When we paid all, they stopped receiving calls no response even today in 12th October 2026 where is my house hold I don't know, & when it will reach to me it is unclear, I am in trouble. Mumbai to Bareilly distance is not covered by them in 11 days. No tracking, no responsibility. If you want to experience all these things so & loose all your peace and happiness so you can contact them."

"I wish I could star at negative worst services ever, I my things were supposed to reach at desired location in 3 days it's been more than 9 days I am still waiting and it was whole house transfer to new city I am currently living in hotel and the concerned person is not attending to any of my calls if it doesn't reach to me on time I am going to reach out to consumer forum and don't take this as a silly review mark my words I will "

"They not deserve 1 star Despite forcing us to pay for insurance on our items. We were never refunded anything for the cost of the damaged and lost items. The company stopped responding to our attempts to contact them. Movers demand more cash at delivery than the original quote. Customer service ignores complaints once they receive payment. "

"Very costly At quotation price different and during service price different so booked very careful. They promised we will deliver that your location but after payment these people not received our call. So very disappointed service they provided They make people fool. Not deserved 1 star also"
